Keto No Bake Cheesecake Bars
Not only is it beautiful but it is also easy and versatile.
fine Almond Flour
you could used processed pecans instead
ground golden flax
or your favorite sweetener
Cream Cheese Filling
softened Cream Cheese
Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 to 1/2
your favorite extract
I have used vanilla, almond, and even cake batter extract I add about 1/2 teaspoon
In a medium size bowl mix together butter, Almond flour, golden flax, swerve, vanilla, and pinch of salt.
Press crust mixture into to bottom of a glass pie pan or square pan.
Place in a oven pre-heated to 325 degrees for 12 min. (This is optional)
Make Cream Cheese Filling:
Using a hand mixer, cream together cream cheese, sour cream, heavy whipping cream, powdered swerve, and extract.
Spread filling into cooled crust.
Top with your favorite topping prior to serving. Some of my favorite toppings include sliced strawberries sprinkled with powdered swerve, homemade keto jam, or chocolate ganache
