Keto No Bake Cheesecake Bars

Not only is it beautiful but it is also easy and versatile.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups fine Almond Flour you could used processed pecans instead
  • 1/4 cup ground golden flax
  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/4 cup swerve or your favorite sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup powdered swerve
  • your favorite extract I have used vanilla, almond, and even cake batter extract I add about 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

Make crust:

  • Melt butter.
  • In a medium size bowl mix together butter, Almond flour, golden flax, swerve, vanilla, and pinch of salt.
  • Press crust mixture into to bottom of a glass pie pan or square pan.
  • Place in a oven pre-heated to 325 degrees for 12 min. (This is optional)

Make Cream Cheese Filling:

  • Using a hand mixer, cream together cream cheese, sour cream, heavy whipping cream, powdered swerve, and extract.
  • Spread filling into cooled crust.
  • Top with your favorite topping prior to serving. Some of my favorite toppings include sliced strawberries sprinkled with powdered swerve, homemade keto jam, or chocolate ganache

Yields 9 servings Per Serving: 309 Calories, 29 g fat, 7 g protein, 14 g total carbs, 3 g fiber, 3 g net carbs
