Sour Cream Biscuits: Easy Low Carb Biscuits (Muffins)

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 Tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  • Melt butter, add sour cream and eggs,
  • Whisk together well.
  • Add dry ingredients and stir well until combined.
  • Spoon into a muffin pan.
  • Bake at 400 degrees until done.
