Super Easy Keto Waffles


  • 6 eggs
  • 4 oz of cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons of almond flour
  • 3 Tablespoons of butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons of golden monk fruit
  • 3 Tablespoons of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla or maple extract


  • Pre-heat waffle maker. For this recipe, we like to use a full-size waffle maker.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix very well. You can use a whisk, handheld mixer, or blender.
  • Place enough of the waffle mixture into the warm waffle maker to make one waffle. We used 1/3 cup for each waffle.
  • Cook until golden.
  • Repeat until all the waffle batter has been used.
  • Our Super Easy Keto Waffles are great by themselves, or you can make them even better by adding butter and homemade maple syrup. (see tips)
