Mix together and pour over wings.
Toss wings or legs in the mixture until coated.
Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes for the wings, and 45 for legs.
Turn over again and then broil the other side for 3-5 minutes depending on how crispy you want them.
Don’t be afraid to flip them again and broil once more. The trick is to crisp them up and keep them moist.
You can also baste them at the 15 min mark and 25 min mark then again after the first broiling. But not again because you want them to crisp up.
For the legs
You can bast them at the 30 min mark. No need to turn because the skin is usually all on one side but you could follow the same instructions as above
