In a medium or large-sized pot. Heat the oil over medium-high heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
Add in the garlic and sauté until fragrant about 1 min. Then add in your ground beef and brown it along with the onions and garlic.
Once the beef is fully cooked add in the rest of the ingredients.
There’s no specific order here just get them all in there. Give it a good stir. Lower the heat slightly, cover, and simmer for a minimum of 15 minutes to allow the spices to reconstitute and the flavors to meld together. (See tips)
After about 15 minutes of simmering taste it. Add salt and other seasonings accordingly. Continue to simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
