Keto and Low-Carb Wedding Cookie Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Walnuts or Pecans
  • 1/4 cup raw pistachios
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite powdered sweetener I used half Splenda Naturals and half golden monkfruit then I ran through a coffee grinder. You could use Swerve
  • 5 Tablespoons of melted butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Process all in a food processor until the consistency of wet sand.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls.
  • Roll the balls in powdered sweetener or cacao powder.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour. T
