This creamy no-bake cheesecake bars is so easy to make. It has just the right amount of sweet, with a perfect keto crust. It is ridiculously easy to make and a total crowd pleaser! This is one keto dessert that we make over and over again.

I will tell you a secret. I am not a cheesecake person. But once I tried this I was converted. This is one of the easiest desserts to make. I have served it several times to my non-keto family and they can not tell it is keto, and neither can I.

They can be flavored with your favorite flavor. Key lime, orange, or vanilla extracts would be a great addition.
Not only is it beautiful but it is also easy and versatile.
Ingredients:
Crust
- 1 1/2 cups fine Almond Flour (you could use processed pecans instead)
- 1/4 cup ground golden flax
- 5 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup Swerve (or your favorite sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- pinch of salt
Cream Cheese Filling
- 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup powdered Swerve
- your favorite extract (I have used vanilla, almond, and even cake batter extract) I add about 1/2 teaspoon
Making the Crust
Melt butter. In a medium size bowl mix together butter, Almond flour, golden flax, S
Press crust mixture into to the bottom of a glass pie pan or square pan.
Place in an oven pre-heated to 325 degrees for 12 min. (This is optional)
Making Cream Cheese Filling
Using a hand mixer, cream together cream cheese, sour cream, heavy whipping cream, powdered swerve, and extract.
Spread filling into cooled crust.
Top with your favorite topping prior to serving. Some of my favorite toppings include sliced strawberries sprinkled with powdered swerve, homemade keto jam, or chocolate ganache.
Yields 9 servings
