There is nothing like chicken wings or chicken legs for a movie night or watching the game.

These are not only keto-friendly, but absolutely delicious.
Ingredients (for about 25 wings or legs)
- 3-4 tbsp of Avocado oil or Algae oil (Algae oil made the skin the most crispy)
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1- 2 tsp garlic powder
- A good pinch or two of salt
Mix together and pour over wings.
Toss wings or legs in mixture until coated .
Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes for the wings, and 45 for legs.
Turn over again and then broil the other side for 3-5 minutes depending on how crispy you want them.

You can bast them at the 30 min mark. No need to turn because the skin is usually all on one side but you could follow the same instructions as above…
