Bread!!! Do you miss bread, now that you are living a Ketogenic lifestyle, and just want a few go-to recipes that you know will hit the spot? Well, we have tried a LOT of recipes and have compiled a list of our favorite keto bread recipes just for you!!

We get asked ALL THE TIME about bread. This is serious business, ya know?! The truth is… giving up “real” bread is hard!! We totally understand. That’s why we wanted to help you get some great recipes in your arsenal.

Keto Bread is not like that fluffy highly processed loaf you can conveniently get off the supermarket shelves. It just isn’t and it never will be. But that’s okay! In all honesty, we had to come to a realization that keto baking (including bread) was very different than the high carb baked goods we were used to.

When we started keto baking we were a little disappointed and had to really embrace the baked goods that are a part of this lifestyle. Once we did that… we have never looked back and thoroughly enjoy the keto bread and goodies we bake!

We loved bread and at the beginning of our keto journey going without it (altogether) was a really hard thing to do. We believe it is partly because we have been trained that some sort of bread must be eaten daily or accompany each meal. The truth is… that’s just not true.

High Fiber Keto Bread

Tastiest Quick Keto Bread by KETOfied Sisters

  • 2.5 cups of blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink sea salt
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (We love Monkfruit)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons yeast for flavor

Combine the almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Add eggs, Sweetener, and vinegar. Use a hand mixer and mix until smooth.
Pour into a standard loaf pan (about 8 x 3 x 2, but anything works).
Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
With the basic recipe above, you can take this bread just about anywhere.
You can add toasted sesame seeds, nuts, pepitas or sunflower seeds for a nutty bread.
You can also spread the batter onto parchment paper, about a half-inch thick, to make a quick flatbread. You will cut the baking time in half.

Keto White Bread

2 1/2 cups almond flour
2 cups whey protein ISOLATE (unflavored)
4 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp xantham gum
2 tablespoons of avocado or Thrive oil
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon dry active yeast (for flavor)
1 tsp sweetener
2 cups very hot water

Sift all of the dry ingredients together. Add apple cider vinegar and oil. Stir. Next, add hot water a half cup at a time. Mix well. Spoon batter into a parchment-lined loaf pan.
