The whole day is usually spent in the kitchen or around the table with mounds and mounds of delicious foods.
Many are living a keto or low-carb way of life. While the holidays are laden with so many decadent foods, you can stay on your keto path, while still enjoying the holidays. Make a plan now on how to stay keto or low-carb.

Some tips to stay on track:
- Bring some of your own dishes if you can.
- Focus on the meat and low carb vegetables.
- Skip the bread, stuffings, desserts, and potatoes.
- Don’t worry about the calories. Just make sure you stick to keto or low carb foods.
Whether you just want to make a dish to take or you are cooking the whole Thanksgiving meal, we have some recipes for you. Here is a round-up of some of the best Thanksgiving recipes on the internet.
